The application proposes a extension of 5.5m x 5m - two steps, together with a two step solid extension to link the barn to the house, & glazed sun room extension to the front elevation. The applicants agent submitted the plans pre-application & advised that I did not consider that the proposal complied with the recommendation measuring of the Inspector in his letter of recommendation.
