In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Proposal: Erection of a block of eight industrial starter units with car parking and landscaping
at: Part Of The Barley Field, Isle Of Man Business Park, Cooil Road
Douglas
which was considered on 31 October 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

### Application Ref No: 03/00977/B

1. This approval relates to the layout of and erection of industrial units and associated landscaping and parking all as shown in drawings reference 103 and 102 received on 1st August 2003 and 10A and 104A received on 25th September 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwellings, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
4. The buildings may be used only for light industrial purposes.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to consider the provision of access which is suitable for wheelchair users.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
