1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers $0333 / 1 / 3,0333 / 1 / 4$ and $0333 / 1 / 5$.
3. The additional living accommodation must be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the main dwelling.
4. The accommodation must not be sold or let off separately.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
