1. This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings 030529 1 received on 30th July 2003 and site plans received on 16th June 2003.
2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
4. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

NOTE This permission does not authorise the developer to undertake works on under or above land which is not within his ownership or control.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
