1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing number: 0.520 .01 A and B520.20, submitted and date stamped 6th May 2003.
3. The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.

NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
