Planning Report and Recommendations General Report Site Visited YES/NO 1. The site relates to Baling film, Baling, German 2. The film house and buildings are cited to be west of the A3 and the land, which amounts to 60 acres is on both sides of the highway. 3. Proposed is AIP for a retirement dwelling to be formed. It is stated that the daughter will live in the main house and assist on the farm whilst the applicant would move to the new dwelling which would be cited to be north of the building glass on the side of an embankment. 2 native trees would need to be removed. 4. The site is within an area of Registered woodland. Summary of objections/views German - dc Dot - conditions Daff - Registered trees - concerns about loss of Bot looks. Recommendations Approve/Refuse PA 021851 - new dwelling held 312447 Baling - refused. Signed Date Were it would be convenient to have a tinker dwelling so that the daughter could remain on site to help out I am not convinced that there is a need for a tinker dwelling associated with Baling farm. It would in any case necessitate the removal of registered trees and if it were to be split level as suggested the conduct of the area would differ as a result. The alternative would be to convert the existing store to in site to using accommodation.
