1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The upper floor windows must all be timer-framed sliding sashes.
3. The proposed cast iron balustrading must match that on Number 4 Osborne Terrace.
4. Subject to (2) and (3) above, this approval relates to drawings numbered 4418-01, 03/505/01-10 (inclusive) date stamped 8th April 2003.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
