In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Wilshaw Ltd

which was considered on 26 September 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown on the site plan, location plan, elevations, ground floor plan, first floor plan and sections plan date stamped 15th July 2003.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
4. The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.

NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
5. No development may commence until details of the surfacing of the access road have been submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
