TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Stephen W Hamer, Ref 25/10126/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 25/90740/GB - Preliminary assessment for roosting bats and summer emergence survey. at St Michaels Church Main Road Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 1ER .

This decision is in relation to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, Bat Report - St Michael and Email from DEFA re bat report which were submitted on the 29/09/2025.

NOTE In the instance of the submitted Bat Report - St Michael and Email from DEFA re bat report and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 25/90740/GB with the understanding that the netting on the inside of the louvres is not replaced.
