In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Mark Shuttleworth, Ref 25/91115/MCH, for the Minor change to 25/90048/B (Alterations and installation of balcony) change of balustrade from glazing to metal railings, erection of associated wall section and render changes at Ballavale Farmhouse Ballavale Road Santon Isle Of Man IM4 1EH.
