Dear Sir/Madam,

In response to the comments made by Manx Wildlife Trust, in relation to the frameless glass balustrade proposed to Wits End, Dandy Hill, Port Erin, IM9 6HN (planning application reference: 25/90987/B), we would like to state that it is further proposed to ensure mitigation measures will be put in place against potential for bird strike, such as using some form of glass coating (UV reflective coating or similar) to the required parts of the glazing, as recommended by the manufacturer and installer.
