In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Ms Tamzin Lawrence, Ref 25/90971/MCH, for the Minor change to 23/00240/B (erection of single storey extension to the rear) reduction in size of approved single storey extension to rear elevation at 22 Queen Street Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1PA .

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.

REFUSAL is hereby given for the following changes: - All changes are refused, proposed works are considered more than minor and would warrant a full application due to the assessment needed for the various proposed aspects and the effect they would have on the original application's conditions.
