TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr David Cameron, Ref 25/10125/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 6 for the colour finish of material for the barn at Barn Bibaloe Beg Road Onchan Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to samples and supporting information received on 10 October 2025.

NOTE In this instance the submitted details are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions 5, 6 of this planning application.
