In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Douglas City Council, Ref 25/10117/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 for PA24/91352/B for Tree Protection Scheme at Nobles Park Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 4BD .

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. The submission is deemed insufficient to achieve the desired outcome. It is unsatisfactory for the planning conditions 2 of application 24/91352/B.
