# Officers Report

### General Report Site Visited: Y / N Setailed approval to form an enlarged food supermarket on the existing Shoprite site was granted (on Review) on 3.12.97 (97/97). This current application seeks to amend that proposal, largely to accommodate minimum clearance requirements from the filling-stations. The site still embraces the chalets. The changes do not involve any increase in overall floor area, and are unobjectionable in general. The reversing of trucks down the back of the building would have an adverse impact on the use of the adjacent block of chalets, but it would be demolished, and I used for "Holiday Village admin. and storage". Signed: [Signature] Dated: 3.14.97 ### Summary Of Objections/Views No objections. ### Recommendations APPROVE/REFUSE Signed: [Signature] Dated: 14/5
