In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Eden Park Development Limited, Ref 25/90854/MCH, for the Minor Change to 22/00416/B (Full approval for phased development for industrial and business park) alteration to phasing plan at Land To The South Of Cooil Road Cooil Road Braddan.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to drawing numbers 30, 31, 32, 33 & 34 and Planning Statement all received 22.10.2025. NOTE This approval relates to the following (all shown and described in the information received on 22.10.2025); o Item 1 - Minor Change to 22/00416/B (Full approval for phased development for industrial and business park) alteration to phasing plan.
