TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Flood Management Division, Department Of Infrastructure, Ref 25/90856/MCH, for the Minor change to 23/01057/B (Construction and replacement of existing walls for the purpose of providing flood protection to Glen Road, Laxey) erection of retaining wall at 5-8 Rivers Court And Gardens Glen Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7AG.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decison hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 24 September 2025
