Replacement of defective slate roof and associated lead flashings as necessary. The roof is to be recovered in natural slate to match existing, retaining as much of the original roof slates as possible. 2. Re-bed existing chimney pots, breakout and re-form capping and re-render chimney stacks with lime allowing for the insertion of all associated flashings at roof junctions. As set out in the Schedule of Works already in your possession, certain Statutory approvals may be required to enable you to carry out the proposed works. Please refer to the said Schedule.
