I have lived in Primrose Avenue for the last 6 years and really love living in my house. The neighbours are really friendly and I hope to live here for a long time to come.

I was really disappointed to hear that planning permission was granted to change the church into a gym as its directly opposite my house I can see the building when I sit in my lounge and from the two bedrooms at the front of the house.

In particular, I am concerned about the noise that will come from the gym including people coming and going from there. For it to be open so early and so late, I am concerned it will disturb my sleep as I sleep in one of the front bedrooms. A number of months ago, it was late evening and someone was at the church and had the lights on inside. It was so bright, it woke me up and I really do not want this to be the norm for me.

The parking is also an issue as there are never enough spaces in the road as it is. On many occasions, I get a lift from a friend to save me losing my parking space. Extra visitors to the road will add to this stress.

I would really appreciate that you take into account my comments when looking at our appeal.
