to be let to non agricultural tenants, guests and members of staff, for temporary periods within an overall period of five years Address: Tramman Ballamanagh Road Sulby Isle Of Man IM7 2HD An appeal has been lodged in respect of the above planning application to which you are now invited to participate.

Please be aware that whilst the appellant in this matter has requested that the appeal be considered on written submissions only, therefore without cause to appear before the Inspector at an inquiry, should you wish to have the appeal considered as a hearing, please let me know in writing at your earliest convenience. Please note that such request must be supported by the appropriate fee – payable to the DEFA P&BC Directorate.

In being progressing the matter, you are now invited to submit a full written statement of your case which would appreciated in an electronic form.

The statement you provide must be appropriate and GDPR compliant as it will be published via the IOM Government Online Services and be available to the public and other parties involved in this appeal.
