TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Parsons, Ref 25/10071/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 18 of PA 22/00675/B providing full details, including existing and proposed contours and cross-sections for the surface water attenuation and headwall at Field 524202 Peel Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 2RA .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, H20CC HEADWALL, BRADDAN ROAD -PLANNING CONDITION 18, 21-009-SK250529-01 and H20CC HEADWALL + CRANKED GRATING, all recorded as being electronically received on 09.06.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the relevant Department confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 18 of application 22/00675/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
