TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Gary Kirwan, Ref 23/10053/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 4 for PA 21/01315/B for installation of ground mounted solar panels and timber fence. at Field 314194 Ramsey Road Peel Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to programme of archaeological work and application submitted on the 24/05/2023.

NOTE In relation to Condition 4 of the approval, the submitted details (Application and Knocksharry Condition 4 Archaeology document submitted on 24/05/2023), are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 4 of this planning application.
