TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Onchan Property Co Limited, Ref 24/10060/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 4 and 5 of planning application (20/00337/REM) for materials and finishes to be used. at Far End King Edward Road Onchan Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to the document received by the Department: Condition 4 and 5 Materials Information recorded as being received on 24.06.2024 and the additional information received on 15.08.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the materials and finishes to be used, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning conditions 4 and 5 of application 20/00337/REM, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
