TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 25/90469/MCH, for the Minor change to 21/00085/GB (erection of 23 apartments) for omission of glazed winter garden, first floor projections and rear drop off canopy, updating of moulding details to western towers and top floor wall cladding at Former Bayqueen Hotel The Promenade Port St Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5DG.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
