## Positioning of Lezayre Parish Commissioners noticeboards

### November 2023

Existing wooden noticeboards to be moved from current site and repositioned outside the Community Hall in Sulby. The left-hand noticeboard is used to post minutes of Commissioners’ meetings and local planning applications, the right-hand noticeboard is for local community posters and information.

The proposal is that the noticeboards be sited to the side of the Hall with posts sunk immediately in front of the low wall that runs along the edge of the entranceway to the car park.

The left edge of the left-hand noticeboard is to be flush with the front right-hand corner of the Hall. The top of each noticeboard is approximately 186.5cm from ground and 122cm wide with a wooden banner above of depth 20cm and width of approximately 170cm which spans both and links them together. Both noticeboards are lockable and not illuminated.
