TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John Thomson, Ref 23/00989/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA22/01553/B involving removal of flat glazed roof element above of the extension to the property at Clove Cottage Main Road Kirk Michael Isle Of Man IM6 2HG.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to amended drawings and supporting information submitted on the 22nd August 2023, referenced; 100 - Location plan and existing plans and elevations

- 200A - Approved site plan, floorplans and elevations
- 200B - Proposed site plan, floorplans and elevations NOTE All changes as requested are considered to be minor and acceptable.
