TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by XXX Management Limited, Ref 25/10065/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 6 of PA 23/01454/GB providing details for the arboricultural method statement at All Saints Church Alexander Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 4EB .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to documents and drawings submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM and AL240902 PLAN@250, recorded as being electronically received on 20.05.2025 and SITE PLAN - PROPOSED (WL-23-1579-8G) and ALL SAINTS ARBORICULTURAL METHOD STATEMENT JUNE 2025, recorded as being electronically received on 18.06.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the relevant Department confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 6 of application 23/01454/GB, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
