PLANNING STATEMENT B Applicant: Mr J Gallacher Site Address: Rowena, Glen Chass Road, Glen Chass, Port St Mary, IM9 5PN Description of the Site: A two-storey bungalow with white rendered walls and a grey tiled roof. Proposed Development: A side extension to extend the kitchen with a width of 2.6m and a depth of 4.5m The existing first floor bedrooms are proposed to be extended by the addition of a flat roof dormer. On the first floor the extension will be achieved using dormers finished with dark grey weatherboard. The first-floor accommodation will include an enlarged Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, with the addition of a walk-in dressing room. An additional Bedroom 3 will also be included. The walls of the Kitchen extension will be finished with white render to match the walls of the existing house, and with a grey tiled roof to match the existing roof. Car Parking:

The two existing car parking spaces on the driveway will be retained, the single garage will also be retained.

Electric Car Charging Points: Two electric car charging points will be provided outside of the garage. Cycle Parking: Space will be provided at the rear of the property for secure storage of two bicycles.
