### The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Freeport Properties Ltd, Ref 25/10054/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of PA 24/91153/B providing full details for soft landscaping works to be implemented on the Site Adjacent Astrea Bioseparation at Site Adjacent Astrea Bioseparation Freeport Balthane Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 2AP .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, 23-3211- FREEPORT - PLANNING DOCUMENT SCHEDULE 1404 2025, 23-3211-PL06 - PROPOSED SOFT LANDSCAPING and 23-3211-PL07 - PLANTING SCHEDULE all recorded as being electronically received on 14.04.2025

NOTE In this instance of the submitted documentation and after consultation with the case officer confirming that they are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 of application 24/91153/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details
