TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act, and subordinate Orders and Regulations, the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mrs Dawn Collins, Ref 25/90295/B, for the Remove part of grass bank to create new driveway and dropped kerb. at 34 King Edward Park Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 2AB for the following reason(s):

1. The proposals fail to provide the required visibility splays and therefore it is considered the proposal would be contrary to General Policy 2 (i) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan as the proposal would have an unacceptable effect on road safety on the local highway.
