In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 25/90315/MCH, for the Minor Change to PA 21/01567/B (erection of 7 detached dwellings), garage door style amended to all plots, master bedroom window amendments to plots 4 through 7, air source heat pumps added to plots 3 through 7 at Netherby Douglas Road Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TN .
