TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by MANX UTILITIES AUTHORITY, Ref 25/10023/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 of PA 22/01472/B detailing the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and the Grassland Protection Methodology at Cringle Impounding Reservoir at Cringle Impounding Reservoir Corlea Road Ballasalla Isle Of Man .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This application hereby approved relates to documents and drawings titled: Application Form, Pre-tender Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP), Appendix B Grassland Translocation Advice_Technical Note, Appendix C - Grassland Protection Methodology_Plan

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation provided and after consultation with the Case Officer from the original application, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 22/01472/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
