In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Robin Rae, Ref 24/91412/MCH, for the Minor change to 23/00959/B, amendment to patio steps access from side path to lower garden at Strathallan Cliff House Strathallan Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 1NN .

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and document submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, COVER LETTER, P-01 EXISTING, P-02 APPROVED recorded as being electronically received by the Department on 19.12.2024 as well as P-03 A PROPOSED which was recorded as being received on 09.01.2025.
