Installation of flue for log burner at 3 James Place, IM2 4HD My wife and myself live at 13 Victoria Road which has shared access from the rear of our house past the side and rear of 3 James Place to James Place. It is where our bin is collected. Part of our house is built against the rear wall of 3 James Place. The site plan submitted does not show the shared access and implies ownership of the shared access and our bin storage area. 3 now has two parking spaces accessed directly from James Place which when we purchased 13 were enclosed as a decked area off the side door. Our rear access is a means of escape from the rear of the house and important to us. James Place is a tight lane used by delivery vehicles for Luminaires and a number of properties including contractors. The flue would be better sited through the property than externally.
