PROPOSED ROOF PLAN

Existing redundant pipes continue up through upper floors in same postion as proposed rainwater downpipes. Damage to cornice pre-existing due to previous installation.

New PVC downpipes to be installed in place of existing and boxed out as to conceal any pipework.

Existing redundant pipes located in same corner of the room, ie same position as proposed downpipes. Pipes are concealed behind plasterboard.

Existing redundant pipes are located in service space behind a curved timber lath + plaster wall lining on timber studwork wall structure.

New PVC downpipes to be installed in place of existing pipework and concealed behind plasterboard. No impact on the building with the replacement of existing pipework.

New PVC rainwater downpipes to be installed (fed through from above + below) within existing service space concealed behind wall lining to preserve building fabric.

GROUND (B)

Existing redundant pipes installed and boxed out within the cupboards located in the corners of the room as to conceal pipework.

New PVC rainwater downpipes to continue down into the basement and suspended along the ceiling connecting to existing drainage.

New PVC downpipes to be carefully installed in place of existing pipework and similarly concealed through boxing out. Impact of new downpipes no greater than existing. Interior of cupboard to be labelled, photographed, disassembled + re-assembled following installation of new rainwater downpipe
