TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Registered Buildings) Regulations 2013

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act, and subordinate Orders and Regulations, the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mr & Mrs Kenneth James & Kirree Allitt & Norton, Ref 24/01159/CON, for the Registered building consent for demolition aspects to PA 24/91158/B at 8 Lyndale Avenue Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1JY for the following reason(s):

1. The proposed demolition and works to the roof of the dwelling requiring Consent are considered to be unacceptable as they will give rise to a harmful adverse impact upon the character or appearance of the dwellinghouse and Conservation Area. The proposals therefore conflict with Environment Policy 39 and Planning Policy Statement 1/01.

-  if an appeal is submitted until the appeal is determined or withdrawn; or

Appeal Any appeal must be in writing, include the appropriate fee and be submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
