In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Theo & Mrs Rose Fleurbaay, Ref 24/91111/MCH, for the Minor Changes Application to PA 23/01225/B to install a single sliding door in replacement of two sliding doors to the South Elevation at Felsted Alexander Drive Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 3QX .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Acknowledgement letter, Application form, Cover Letter and Plan List, Drg P00 Location Plan, Drg P01 Existing Plans and Elevations, Drg P02 Approved Plans and Elevations, Drg P05 Proposed Plans and Elevations. All recorded as being electronically received by the Department on 09.10.2024.
