TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mr Doug Skinner, Ref 24/91081/MCH, for the Minor Change to 20/01465/B - alterations to proposed roof over study to match ridge height of main outbuilding roof, amendments to front and side elevations to suit at Rose Villa 7 Peveril Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1NU .

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.

All changes are rejected. The increase in height of the roof is considered more than minor and could have potential impacts on neighbours and the street scene of a conservation area which would need accessing under a full application.
