TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Doug Skinner, Ref 24/10099/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 of PA 20/01465/B for details regarding bin storage at Rose Villa 7 Peveril Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1NU .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Application Form and CA-3365-101 Proposed Plans and Elevations-A1 Layout recorded as being electronically received on 20.09.2024

NOTE In this instance of the documents submitted in relation to the bin storage structure, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 20/01465/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
