Hi Daniel I’ve now reviewed the submitted method statement and reverted to the planning file to be doubly sure that what is proposed is suitable. I am happy that watching brief is acceptable, but would be grateful if when discharging the condition you make it a requirement that MNH is notified of the intended start‐date for the commencement of groundworks in the area where the old seawall is located (marked in grey running north to south parallel to Fort Street), so that a site visit can be arranged.
