# CON Consultation 1 Highways

Hello,

From the Planning List 23 Aug 2024 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and re-consultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

- • 24/90975/B
- • 24/90898/B

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

- • 24/00888/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
- • 24/90929/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the proposed extension is relatively minor and the existing site and access can accommodate the proposals satisfactorily.
- • 24/90934/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the site layout and access are acceptable for this replacement building, providing it is retained for the storage of machinery only.
- • 24/90940/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as suitable parking is retained with the proposed porch erected.
- • 24/90949/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as there is enough hardstanding on-site for parking of visitors and residents.
- • 24/90965/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as the existing access is acceptable for the proposed use.

Highway Services HDC has no interest (NHI) in:

- • 24/90918/B
- • 24/90933/B
- • 24/90935/B
- • 24/90937/B
- • 24/90939/B
