Dear Dan, Thank you for your e-mail. The green area is existing concrete pad that covers the whole courtyard (much better on our many rainy days than sand), and the yellow hatched area is roofs of the existing buildings that form a courtyard together with the stables that my client is looking to convert. The roofing material of the yellow hatched area is partly slate and partly roofing sheets. I have attached an A4 sheet with pictures of the proposed pea gravel and paving slabs, as well as the completed form.

Good Afternoon Andrea, Thank you for your email. Before I can validate the information provided and get it sent out for consultation from the Ecopolicy officer to see if the information provided is sufficient to discharge the condition would you please be able to fill in the attached form which is needed alongside each application for the discharge of conditions. Also having had a quick look at the plan would you please be able to provide a bit more information on the paving? A photo as well as some information on the colour and material of the paving slab would be perfect. Could I also double check if there are any hard landscape details in the areas on the map below that are shaded in green and yellow? Please send all the information to planningconditions@gov.im.
