In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Martin R. Freestone, Ref 24/10093/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 23/01063/B - Details of soft and hard landscaping for Rose Hill Farm, Richmond Hill, Douglas. at Rose Hill Farm Richmond Hill Douglas Isle Of Man IM4 1JG .

This decision hereby approved relates to documents submitted to the Department on 29.08.2024 titled: Application for Information Required By Condition, 2206_PL1116 Soft_hard Landscaping, Agents comments on hardscaping and Photos of paving slabs and gravel.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation provided and after consultation with the case officer from the original application, who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/01063/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
