TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Gresswell-Wilkins, Ref 25/90656/MCH, for the Minor Change to 25/90107/B (Extensions and alterations to existing residential dwelling, installation of PV solar panels, landscaping work and erection of garden shed, gym and sauna) to exclude changes to garage and proposed extension, alterations to fenestration and doors at Koru House 8 Perwick Road Port St. Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5PA .
