Phase 2 Ballagarraghyn Minor Amendment Application Planning Statement July 2025

This minor application covers the following changes to Plots 57 to 61 as follows.

The garage front canopy of the garage omitted and gable size reduced. Finishes have been amended to include some Keltstone black coursed stone e ect.

We consider that the application will be minor application as it does not a ect the following:-

- 1 There is no alterations to the footprint of the building or their positions on the development.
- 2 There is no alteration to the parking provision or driveway arrangement.
- 3 The site has commenced and is under construction.
