In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Telios Ltd, Ref 25/90610/MCH, for the Minor Change to 22/00314/B, changes to external finishes, removal of external store, replacement of roof to existing single-storey utility room, repositioning of proposed roof lights, relocation of door to front elevation, and removal of utility room flue at Bridge House West Baldwin Isle Of Man IM4 5HA .

This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: APPLICATION FORM, DRAWING REGISTER, 10-00 LOCATION AND SITE PLANS, 447-01 EXISTING AND APPROVED PLANS AND ELEVATIONS and 12-01A EXISTING AND PROPOSED PLANS AND ELEVATIONS all recorded as being electronically received on 17.06.2025
