This site is located approximately 480 metres south of Driftwood, along the Bride Coast Road, heading in the direction of Ramsey.

The replacement dwelling was designed with a traditional elevational facade to the main public road, West, elevation using traditional sliding sash windows, painted rendered walls with timber cladding and slate roof. A more contemporary design approach was used on the rear, south, seaward elevation with large contemporary glass units, again timber cladding and painted render was used for the external wall ﬁnishes.

This site is located approximately 85 metres south of Driftwood in the small settlement know as “Dog Mills”.

The replacement dwelling was designed with a very contemporary/modern/ innovative design approach using such external ﬁnishes as natural timber cladding, natural stone, painted render, powder coated aluminium window/doors/cladding and roof slates.

The dwelling fully considers the site levels/contours and takes advantage of them providing a single storey facade to the West, roadside, elevation and a full two storey facade to the east, seaward elevation.
