TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Steen Heidemann, Ref 24/10055/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 on PA 24/00194/B - Schedule of Materials for Beach House, Ramsey at Beach House Stanley Mount East Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 1NP .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is in relation to the submitted documents:

- o Application for the discharge of conditions which was submitted on the 03/06/2024
- o Beach House Schedule of Materials document 1 submitted on the 04/06/2024.
