TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Brew, Ref 24/10063/AIR, for the Information in Relation to planning condition 11 for PA 22/01133/B external lighting at Fields 210401, 210403, 210451 & 210 Ballagarraghyn Bretney Road Jurby IM7 3ES .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department on 28.08.2024 titled: Application Form, Rev1 Hart 15- 159B-Street Lighting and Rev1 OP000180366 LD20321 CALCULATION

NOTE In this instance of the submitted drawings and documentation and after consultation with the case officer who is happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 11 application 22/01133/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details
