# CON Consultation 1 Highways

Hello, From the Planning List 24 May 2024 and excluding planning applications with suffix ‘CON’ and reconsultations, the following new planning applications have highway related impacts and will be subject to a separate response:

 None

The following planning applications have no significant negative impact upon the highway network in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications. Advisory comments are applied where relevant, such as for licences to use the highway for equipment and material during works:

-  24/00561/B – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking as there is enough parking on-site for the proposed and existing dwellings and the vehicular access will be modified. Conditions on vehicular access, parking, visibility splays, vehicular turning and hardstanding, boundary wall treatment, and first 5m of access to be of consolidated/bound material, as per approved plans completed before first occupation of the new dwelling, should be attached to permission.
-  24/00566/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
-  24/00593/C – After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and/or parking.
